After successfully earning my professional license in 2019, I had the opportunity to gain a diverse range of valuable experience while working in both a chiropractor's office and a luxury resort. This experience greatly enhanced my understanding of effective client care as well as the multifaceted aspects of holistic wellness.

I specialize in a variety of bodywork techniques that are thoughtfully tailored to meet each individual's unique needs and preferences. My practice includes several distinct techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, cupping therapy, scar tissue work, and reflexology. In addition, I often incorporate the use of soothing hot stones and gentle stretching techniques to effectively relieve tension and prevent the potential formation of scar tissue.

In 2023, I made the proactive decision to pursue further education in craniosacral therapy at the prestigious Upledger Institute, which has significantly expanded my knowledge and skills in this specialized therapeutic modality.

Having lived in Upper Mount Bethel for 24 years, I remain deeply committed to uplifting my local community through the healing and restorative power that massage therapy can offer.
